Yes. Stellar Auto Glass works with major insurance providers and third-party administrators. We can assist with verifying coverage and guiding you through the claims process if you choose to use insurance.


No. You have the right to choose your auto glass provider. While insurance companies may suggest a shop, the final decision is always yours. 


 No. Insurance is not required. Many customers choose to pay out of pocket. We’re happy to provide clear cash pricing and help you decide whether insurance or cash is the better option for your situation. 


 To confirm the correct glass and avoid delays, we typically request:

  • Vehicle year, make, and model
  • VIN (recommended for accurate part verification)
  • Service location
  • Insurance information (if applicable) 


Service timing depends on glass availability, vehicle type, and scheduling. In many cases, we’re able to offer same-day or next-day service once details are confirmed. 


Yes. We provide free mobile auto glass service and come to your home, workplace, or preferred location during normal business hours. 


In many cases, yes. A chip or crack can often be repaired if it is small, not spreading, and not in the driver’s line of sight. We use professional resin to help restore the strength of the glass and improve visibility. Not all damage is repairable, and we’ll let you know your options. 


Coverage depends on your individual policy. Some policies include glass coverage with no deductible, while others require a deductible. We can help review your coverage and explain what to expect. 


Some vehicles equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after windshield replacement. This depends on the vehicle and camera system. We follow manufacturer guidelines and can help determine if recalibration is needed.
